How do I sell items for money? I dont see the option at any trader.

saw some ppl explaining as TIPs to sell pocket watches and stuff like that but once I got to the trader there is no option for that.

There is one trader in the camp in B4, that buys stuff. That's the only one i've seen so far.

There is a market i think its in the middle of the map somewhere were theres nps's will buy most things, you can also pick up side quest's there, im not 100% but im pretty sure you can sell almost anything at the market area

Trade for ammo types that you will never use it's better than money. Then you just trade that ammo for stuff you want.

You can only trade with the items you have on you ATM, including things in your backpack (however large it is) when you want to trade an item you click on it and it will highlight, also note the wording above the trader window, once you select something from your inventory some words will appear... something in the tune of "not likely, or getting close"(the variance of words change colors from red, orange, yellow, and then green), but the trader will not solidify the deal until he is "Happy" showing this word (it will be green) and the confirm button on his side will light up. If he is happy you can sometimes unselect items for his or your inventory to keep him in the happy range. The system is a full on barter system, some items hold better value for different traders.

You need to find the gentleman called Mr.Money in allied camp located in B4 sector. He buys all of the stuff from you and gives you cash in return. If that's what you're looking for.
