vehicles upgrade

i tried to put storage upgrade on the humvee, but it did not let me, i guess it does not work on the humvee?

the military APC is the only vehicle i know of that cannot be upgraded

it can not be upgraded, exept with the wheel armor. devs stated that the APC is already sturdy in itself with its build in armor.
