About Companion Dogs
Created and submitted with translation tools

I've always enjoyed this game.
The "down" and "sit" instructions in the 0.907 update have improved the stamina loss.
I would like to propose the following 10 ideas.

1. Building a kennel (cold/warmth effect, disables attacks from zombies and bandits on the dog itself).
2. Command commands ("wait at the spot", "wait in the kennel", "wait in the car")
(Currently, even if the door to the base is locked, it will warp and appear to the player when it leaves a certain distance from the player. Therefore, the dog's presence can be a hindrance during battles with zombies and other animals. I dare you to keep them waiting at the base or in a safe place)
(If you point a gun at a place where a dog and a zombie are fighting, the message "Blocked" appears and you cannot fire bullets.)
(Unspecified behavior of dogs has made it impossible to easily use explosive weapons such as grenades, Molotov cocktails, and needle bombs.)
3. Customize the name.
4. make the dog behave the same as the player (currently, the dog cannot climb over walls, fences, fences, broken windows, or even the slightest floor level, cannot follow the player, and goes missing. Then suddenly warp and appear at the player's feet)
5. Dog clothes and vest production (made using players' clothes, pants, unused backpacks, backpacks, etc., with pocket functionality to carry lightweight supplies. Shield up somewhat)
6. making dog food (add to cooking stove, use empty cans and old cereal, tuna cans, grilled meat, etc.) (I think it would be worth creating if the recovery value is differentiated to make dock food the most effective item over raw meat or grilled meat)
7. Attack power (currently it just barks and is useless.) (Shouldn't it have multiple attack patterns using its agility and quickness, such as "bite", "fall over", "attract attention", "disturb", etc.? If we want them to attack, we expect them to increase their attack power)
8. Detection ability (when a zombie or bandit approaches within a certain distance, it will tell the player with a specific barking sound. Ability to search for supply items within airdrop drop area)
9. Dog breeds (large dogs with different characteristics such as Doberman, St. Bernard, Siberian Husky, etc.. For example, they are weak in the heat but strong in the cold, so they cannot run fast in summer but are active in winter. They are mild-mannered and can carry heavy loads, although they are big eaters. Slender build and can't carry much, but super aggressive, etc.)
10. Emotions such as a ball or Frisbee being thrown by the player and picked up by the player (same effect as playing the guitar).
Specific actions by the player "whistling" (get down, attack, jump, etc.)

I have high expectations for 2.4.7.10. because they are related to actions with the player.
Please consider this.

Not sure if my dog is bugged, but its an absolute killing machine, kills most zombies with 1-2 hits, while I was fighting an armoured npc, my dog killed the rest of the horde 8-10 zombies before i had killed it.

Thanks for your comment.
Maybe the dog's attack value changes due to different settings.
For your information, my server settings - pet damage is set to "high".
The dog is going behind the zombie, barking and poking it.
It does not appear to be biting.
Naturally, I set the command to "attack".
The zombie comes at me, not caring about the dog.
If I raise my gun at that moment, it says "blocked" and I can't fire.
I quickly switch to my sword and kill the zombies.
Since I started living with my dog, this is the way I fight.
So when confronted with a large number of zombies, shotguns, Molotov cocktails, etc. become unavailable and I have no choice but to retreat.
During my retreat, the dogs continue to bark and poke at the zombies from behind.
If I use a wall or fence to break away from the zombie in this situation.
After a certain amount of time or distance
The dog will suddenly warp and appear at the player's feet.
If the player changes to "FOLLOW", "HELL" or "HIDDEN" while the dog is missing, the dog will not appear.

I just left my dog in town.
I came back to the base and was planting seeds in the planter.
Suddenly, it warped back to my feet.
The door to the base entrance is locked.
However, it got stuck under the planter.
The dog is stuck.
As a workaround, I told the dog to "sit" to maintain its stamina.
The only way to do this is to take the car out for a drive and warp the dog away from you. 、、、、
To avoid dismantling the worst of the cultivated planters: 、、、、、

Additional suggestions.

11. Keep saved action commands
I saved the game by 'sitting' with my stamina preserved.
After resuming play, the dog wanders freely, although I do not know which action command is used.
Is it possible to keep the saved command?
Currently, I have to give action commands to the dog when resuming play.

Please consider this.

You can name the dog. Soon as you claim it the console command prompts pop up for you /DogSetName DIESEL (My dog's name is Diesel after my retired MWD that passed. just swap the name of your choice :)

try putting your Dog Companion setting to 4 (assuming this is single player). There are 12 spawn locations on the map, and this will up the chance of spawning 4/12 rather than 1/12
