There is not.
Does that stop them from spawning?
I saw that sign and didn't quite know what it meant, it's not worded very clearly to me.
Edit: I just built one, and I tried to activate it, but not sure that it works. It just flashes briefly when I interact with it, but doesn't give an indication if it's working.
Can someone tell me what it's supposed to do when it's working, and how big the range is?
One is a spawn that belongs to a location and the other is a spawn of roamers (raiders).
Activating the spawn point sign stops the spawn from belonging to a location.
The distance is a radius of 40 Wood Floors from the sign.
The sign also has the ability to stop item respawns.
The distance is 15 Wood Floors in radius from the sign.
Roamer spawns cannot be prevented by spawn point signs.
Roamers spawn around the player at regular intervals and move towards the player.
It spawns at a distance of 15 Wood Floor from the player.
If you are unlucky enough to be 15 Wood Floors away from the base just before you return to your base, and the time for the roamer to spawn coincides, it may spawn inside your base.
I went with the first and most simple solution.
Funny how people will complain about everything these days.
smh
Just kidding. I'm an adult. I don't shake my head at dumb things as if they matter.
