Yep. Just stand in the water and hold F with an empty bottle in your inventory.

If you don't already know, however, you cannot collect water from the ocean. At least not yet, there was some dev mention a good while back of a possibility that this would be a feature in the future, along with salt collection from the ocean.

Yes, I mentioned we're looking at allowing you to collect salt water and distill it to regular water as well as salt.
