In my first game I found stones everywhere. Now it's been a while since I haven't found ANY stone on the ground even though I even tried to move across the map looking for them, looks like they dissappeared entirely.
Because initially it wasn't an issue nor replicated in our editor or when conducting testing, then when the bug DID rear it's ugly little head, I have since changed my responses when people ask about it. Yes, there is a bug, and it has been fixed and will be implemented in next patch.
Please understand that when people log bugs with no images, video, references, or repeatable steps, it takes a very long time to get through so we knock out the issues where people are providing the information first. So if the information isn't provided or steps to repeat the issue, we're not going on a witch hunt to fix something that looks good on our end. This is why the /unstuck issue is happening. We've been bale to track down certain causes of it and prevent it from happening, but the root cause is what we're still looking into (it's not just end of animation cycling, but a potential issue there as well).
More often than not, I get tickets logged that say "I can't do X" or "X is broken". If I am not supplied with the proper amount of information initially or when I request it through the ticket, I go into my testing map, I test it, I go into Single, Hosted Multiplayer, and at least 2 different servers (one US and the other EU) and test it, which depending on the ticket is about 10 minutes to 4 hours. More recently, if I don't get enough information I'll reach out and after 3 days I'll close the ticket and put it on a watch list in case it comes up again.
I hope this makes sense. I only give the most current information I have at that given time and as it changes, so do my answers.

It would be cool if you had an instruction how to submit a propper bug report with lets say a web tool to do it. This way people who care about your game could really make a difference and help making their favorite game better!
Having an informal communication over discord will only give you informal bug reporting imho.
