Hi! I don't understand how Roman's market works? First I brought him 1 piece of cement, then 5 tasks in a row for cigarettes... and still there is no trading window!

Roman is still in Phase 1 of the Trading update. Right now he just wants a certain amount of things for a few days, then it changes. He tells you in his dialogue when you first meet up with him that his needs change after a few days. We're working on an inventory change for him so you can actually trade items to him for higher tier loot rather than just some random things. More NPCs across the map will be getting actual trading options in the near future as well :)
