How to open door ?

Houses near starting area.
Door is locked and when I try to unlock it it says "unable to use lock from outside".
Room have no windows, so you cant get trough it.

I have tried to destroy door with pipe and sledgehammer, but could not do it.
Am I missing something or it is a bug ?

Thanks for reply. I don't have crowbar on me, but I have lockpicks and skill for it.
I didn't have a clue that you need to hold use key for unlocking. Unlocking cars and other doors opened lockpicking UI automatically on other ocasions.

Have to try it when I get back to area.
