How do you flip the car back over.

I have searched for the car jack in the last 50hrs of gameplay and haven't come across it once. is this now a key bind issue car flip?

If you flip and you do not get out, TAB will flip it back over. If you get out, you need to find a Jack. They are mostly found in garages, sheds, storage facilities, and auto part stores. You could always spawn one in if you get tired of looking for one.
