How can I obtain the military armored vehicle?

I played both single-player and multiplayer modes and explored the entire map twice but never encountered the military armored vehicle. I’ve collected all the other vehicles except the military armored vehicle. I read many discussions online, and it seems that the military armored vehicle is the only one that spawns randomly. Some people restarted six different worlds and still didn’t get the military armored vehicle. I really don’t want to start over again because my multiplayer progress includes a katana, a dog, and most importantly, my two friends!

Why can’t the military truck appear in every world? Is it randomly hidden? In my two worlds, there are too many pickup trucks and small cars. I am willing to trade an RV for a military armored vehicle… I even dreamed of owning a military armored vehicle!

Additionally, I saw many YouTube players with a compound bow and an advanced bulletproof vest. Are these items only available through airdrops like the katana? How can I obtain them?

honestly, the armored transport chews through gas and takes about 20 repair kits and drives like a slug. the best most efficient vehicle is probably the van since its more nimble than the rv and holds a decent amount.

the katana i have only gotten in air drops, but i found the elite body armor in a house before just sitting on a table and this was in single player on scarce loot setting.
for me the most rare item is the friggin pickaxe.
