Police Car
Can someone tell me why I can't find a black and white police car look everywhere on the map, really wanted one real bad, it's really piss me off.

I can't post pics at the moment, but in my world there is a usable Police SUV at the Police station at C3, the parking lot for the station is quite large and there are 4+ busted SUV's there and it's easy to miss that one is actually drivable.
