Cars dont work?

So i just finished repairing a van, its health is at max, fuel is at 80% and the parts are 50% and above, yet it just keeps stalling and then turning off, and there is no button to re-attempt to start the engine, any way to fix this van properly? do parts *need* to be 100% before a car works?

E will attempt to restart so you don't need to get out. However, I would suggest exiting the car, saving, exiting the game and loading back in. The stall mechanic should not happen until a part is less than 15%

Okay thank you, i managed to brute force it by just taking all the parts out and back in multiple times.
