location to find easy car, car parts, & gas

hey all.
i spent like 4 hours trying to get my first car. i got bad rng and never found a fuel pump.
then i found this building- it had enough car parts and gasoline to build 4-8 entire cars.
use a mele weapon to smash the doors off the storage units on the south side of the lot- there are boxes inside with mountains of car parts, fuel, and repair kits.
there is also a car on the lot that you can fix up and drive.
easy way to get your first car going, or start a fleet.
