I'm not quick enough to transcribe these flashes and I have no idea if this is indeed morse code (as I have almost no experience with it). I think one argument that this might indeed be morse code is this: The flashing seems to alternate between quick flashes and longer flashes and it feels to me like the quick flashes are always flashing the exact same length of time, as are the long flashes. Also, there are no parts of the pattern where the light stays on or turns off for a longer amount of time. I'd argue if this flashing was random, you'd expect the light to sometimes be on or off for longer periods of time, Though, obviously, that might just be how the light is programmed to behave.
