The lighthouse at Oasis is a nice touch and looks great. Every archipelago should have at least one lighthouse.

Indeed, personally I think the best place for those lighthouses would be the capital islands at the very least. Even sailing within a particular archipelago, a lighthouse there would serve as a valuable reference for triangulation. Most inbound voyages from other archipelagos also go directly to the capital.

Defenietly, sailing at night is challenging enough. Beacons marking some obstacles would be nice too. Sometimes you can't see huge mountain at night until it's too late. When boat damage system get release it gonna be hardcore without any light signals.

I actually think it's the small irrelevant rocks that should have lighthouses, as they are the ones without any light from civilisations, and makes them more interesting

Lighthouses are usually placed not on mountains but on navigation points, such as a cape or a dangerous rock or shoal, or as a landmark for entering a port. But the idea itself is correct.
