Mab and Cliona bugged? For achievements

I've been trying to farm out the last few achievements, Im def still missing duo boons but the numbers for missing boons on mab and cliona are just not adding up. Is this a known issue, or is there something like secifica i need to pick to make sure it registers?

I have to imagine it's bugged considering 0% of people have it right now.

It is a bug. You may get that achievement before collecting every each boon icon.
