Mab Duo Blessings

The only Duos I have not been able to unlock are Eternal Sting (Mab/Beira) and Venom Meditation (Mab/Oberon). I have Chill/Venom and Venom/Chain Lightning which seem to be the prerequisites but no matter how many rerolls I burn, they never seem to pop up. Meanwhile, I'll get the Mab/Lugh Duo every time even if all I have is the Lugh dash skill.

I understand I might just be getting incredibly unlucky, but is there something I'm missing to get these two blessings to pop up?

(Don't even get me started on the perpetually stuck Mab/Cliona quests)

Mab took me awhile due to my luck for Titania duo blessing and Mab/Clionia. Now the same is happening with Titania and the last two duos that I need (Lugh and Cliona I think). Compared to Gog, who's duos pretty much seem to be guaranteed to drop, the other duo blessings are so damned hit or miss for if they show.

I am leaning towards badly balanced RNG? Or hell maybe there is something we both are missing idk but I think an RNG adjustment is in order.
