Please fix Titania
1 Dash attacks consume stacks and do nothing.
2 Awful that you can consume a stack by just whiffing, Considering that she's good with hard hitting weapons, if i want her on my light attack of the hammer , whiffing against very fast opponents isn't something uncommon. No other boons are punished for whiffing
why the hell is that rule applied only on Titania?

Agreed, especially on the whiff. I want to play Titania a lot. But the risk/reward is off--especially for melee where you're forced to miss more due to the frantic dodging of map effects on higher difficulties.

Yeah a hit-connect condition would make Titantia much better. Im not entirely sure what you mean by dash attacks consuming stacks and doing nothing... like a dash+light attack?

Could be referring to Titania's 'Immolate Self on dash' blessing which has its own cooldown.

One possible way Titania's Ignite mechanic could be good is in combination with Titania+Oberon Duo Blessing (Flame Meditation) which cause Ignite to have no cooldown while Flow is active. Haven't tested this yet so no idea how viable this is.

I appreciate the effort, but i don't think that getting good rng is the solution to the problem.
Titania's dash attack either works and consumes a stack or doesn't apply ignite and NOT consume a stack.

Does Hephaestus in H2 consume the big damage if you whiff? nope , and for obvious reasons. Because if Titania boons are punished for whiffing, every other boon should have the same deal of not working for some seconds if you whiff

Although it is frustrating to lose a heavy ignite damage to a whiff, Titania can still be the single most powerful boon for heavy attacks. With Rook Halberd and cannon i can get over a thousand damage with my heavy attack by the game's end.

Regular runs in these types of games are heavy rng. Its part of the appeal. Although having a special mode where you can fully manipulate the run perimeters would be fun.

what is meant is that Titania problem of missing compared to others is heavily skewed. Let's see an example. Mab is poison. You hit you poison, you miss you don't. Next hit though no matter what poisons. Titania is ignite. You hit you set them on fire for big dmg, you miss you don't and the ignite (big dmg and fire effect) goes on cd meaning your next hit if it connects is just normal dmg. This is what they are saying. She is the only one with a literally swing and hit or miss your ability goes on CD. It's absolutely abysmal when compared to the others. She hits hard but the cd alone makes her the weakest fae.

Ah yeah that makes sense (my last comment was before coffee lol). The extra ignite charge blessings do mitigate this slightly, but as i said in my very first comment, i am not against a hit-condition for ignite charge consumption.

I will agree to disagree about her being the weakest fae. Granted the last two difficulties she really suffers I wont argue that one and i wouldnt put her ignite on anything other than my Halberd heavy as Rook atm for the higher two difficulties. But on lower difficulties i really havent encountered too much frustration with how she works now. (and again, im fine with a hit-connect condition for ignite consumption), The ignite dash thing, well i never really pay much attention to dash blessings lol except Babd maybe but I usually have that slot as my throwaway slot when i get a fae I dont want/need.

I want to add that nerfing the other blessings to not proc after a whiff is very anti-fun and would much rather have a hit-connect condition for ignite consumption.

IMO the simplest way is to make it so that you don't loose ignite charges on a whiff. The scythe already works that way, your stacks of Sow don't go away if you miss the Heavy Attack.

I get what you are saying. Just the way you worded the last sentence in your last post kinda made it sound like you were implying nerfs to level the playing field. I took that too seriously and that is why i added that comment. Even tho some extra thought would have shown the reason why you wrote it the way you did lol your points are valid and i shouldnt have let that one line get me overly concerned about nerfs. The last update has me all paranoid about nerfs lmao

Nah you good. Ive said things in the past that werent worded very well or easily misinterpreted. We all at times fumble getting our points across efficiently.

Lets just hope Titania gets that Whiff punish fixed.
