Feedback: Titania (Fire blessing) (Rook Halberd gameplay in Sovereign 3+ players)
I just finished a 4 hour session with testing Fire on the Halberd (Rook Weapon) on 3 player Sovereign runs. I decided to run the halberd because Fire likes big slow attacks and the halberd is good for that. Here are a couple observations and feedback.

1. The blessings are buggy, especially the cooldown and extra charge blessings. It's almost always breaking and causing me to lose a charge or have my cooldown reverted.
2. the store and extra charge blessing (meaning your second charge) should apply to all ignite spells/attacks rather than a specific. This makes running Spell+light/heavy need 3 blessings to get 2 charges instead of 4 (or if you run full fire it'll need 4 instead of 6). This is because to make the build work I need other blessings too and even hitting 3-4 is a little high roll already.
3. The cooldown feels too long imo at 8 seconds base. I think 6 second base and 4 seconds with the cooldown reduction would be more inline with other power levels. You dont have many damage windows in sovereign 3+ player runs anyways, kinda stupid that my build only works half the time EVEN when I hit 3-4 correct blessings where im "online"
4. I've noticed 2 "build paths" for Titania
a) Immolation build up with procing more often (instance proc for healing for example)
b) Big slow one hit builds
I cant help but feel like B) feels lackluster. There isnt enough incentive to go this route since the damage is inconsistent, slow, and makes dodging gameplay hard.
In comparison, A) also isnt great but has use cases with leach, or Counter (Bloodlust buffed) for healing

TLDR:
1. Cool down & extra charge is buggy and works 50% of the timerr
2. Make the "store extra charge" blessing general rather than for a specific attack/spell
3. Ignite attack CD is too long at 8sec/6sec. Should be 6sec/4sec.
4. Immolation build path has healing use case, big damage build path feels lack luster and inconsistent.

Conclusion
I think I could get behind this fae build path, its quite fun, but being melee for big damage attacks makes gameplay hard and inconsistent AND titania's build is also slow and inconsistent. So it feels like i'm running crit but with a super long cooldown that doesnt even do more damage than crit most times (aside from highrolling secret shops for rarity and levels)
