[bug report] Shadow Strike - Marked For Death

[Rascal]

Shadow Strike (Rogue ability) - Marked For Death (Anvil upgrade which does "Your Q Spell marks enemies causing them to take extra dmg and heal you when killed") is bugged so that when you hit an enemy second time, while they are still marked they take no dmg.

We released a patch today that includes bug fixes and balancing changes. Can you please confirm if you're playing in the latest patch?
