Duo Blessings???

Umm, is it just me or are Duo Blessings a bit finicky... I say this because anytime I pick Gogmagog, I tend to get all the Duo Blessings for him and any other Fae that I have collected throughout my run like its nobodies business. Yet, whenever I try to get the Duo Blessings for any other Fae and I don't have Gogmagog, they all seem to never appear. This is quite frustrating despite this being a Roguelite and having tons of RNG with the many Fae and Blessings available. Still, it just doesn't seem to add up for myself when it comes to Gogmagog compared to the other Duo Blessings that I try to pursue.

To give another example: I tried a run with Vigilante and Sword, where I wanted to get Flame Meditation(While in Flow, your Ignite effects have no cooldown) and to increase the odds of this showing up, I literally picked only Oberon and Titania Fae Blessings and Rooms with only one time where I was forced to get another Fae and it was Mab where I just ended up taking a Dash Skill. My main build was comprised of a majority being Oberon/Titania yet Flame Meditation did not show. Yes, I did have Tempest Touch(Light Attack), Burning Strike(Heavy Attack), and Flood Meditation(which gives access to Flow at max stacks). These alone should be enough for Flame Meditation to show up.

Definitely not just you. I've been going for all the duos as well and I've noticed like you said some come up IMMEDIATELY it feels like once there's a compatible duo and Gogmagog with any combo is pretty easy to get early. Fire, crit chance, poison all three seem to be cursed as I've done everything in my power taking every single possible thing with just two faes to get them and still don't have I'd say 4 or 5 still. Not sure what's up with that, but I'm glad you made this post because it seems like there's something happening behind the scenes otherwise I'd assume it's bad luck, but your experience seems to be exactly like mine.

Since making this post, I've been actually having better luck with Duo's now. The game hasn't needed an update either, so maybe I just was having bad luck but they are seeming more frequent now and I am loving it because when you're trying to pursue a certain build, having two fae's blessings should certainly be enough to meet most of the prerequisites to get a Duo to show up. Some require a bit more than others, but simpler ones shouldn't. I appreciate the feedback and I hope Devs do make some tweaks in regards to them appearing when you have Blessings from two different Fae.

It's just bad luck, I've done maybe 7 runs (1 got past biome 2) and I've seen 3 duo boons that aren't gogmagog

Is there a master list out there of all duo abilities and their prerequisites? I feel like I've only encountered maybe 6 or 7 duo abilities despite playing more runs than I can count and trying all kinds of combinations. I'm always hearing about certain duo abilities that I've never had pop up, but you are absolutely right about Gog. His stuff comes up all of the time.

Here a link to a Google Doc Spreadsheet that I use that contains every single blessing for each Fae in the game. It also includes all augments from Sword in the Stone for every weapon and spell in the game, as well as the Blessings from Merlin and Morgana, and lastly the Shrines that you can stumble upon sometimes.
