Hey there! Headbangers: Rhythm Royale will be a paid game, containing 23 musical minigames at launch. Each level will contain a new challenge with a stimulating musical twist. Pricing at the moment has not been announced, but we will share this information on our Headbangers social media accounts closer to launch.

Headbangers will have an all-free battle pass at launch and will contain no in-game purchases! We will be releasing more information about this and will update the community here soon.

Very very bad idea making this not free to play. No game has EVER been successful for this format as Pay to Play. Even Fall Guys had to go Free to Play and also should have been free to play at the start.

If you seriously think anyone will buy this pretty much unknown game that is obviously a free to play model you are crazy.

For a game that absolutely requires a large player base to even work, going pay to play is just suicide and asking for failure and a DOA game.

The servers will be dead on launch and no one will get games. People who actually buy it will just refund.

I want to play this but I will not pay for a obvious Free to Play model game.

I hope you wise up before launch and make this F2P with a paid for battle pass and cosmetics. Otherwise I can guarantee this game will 100% flop and die within 1 month of launch.

I can say Fall guys had a big playerbase at the start. The only problem they had was no crossplay.
The only problem I can see is that it's not as hyped as Fall Guys.
Maybe they get a Hype from maybe a State of play or something or a Nintendo direkt

And going cross play worked for a while "only" because they gave the game away free on PS Plus.

Also Fall Guys had a ♥♥♥♥ ton of Hype and Marketing. Can guarantee this game does not.

People are also a lot more wary about putting money into obvious Free to Play model games than before.

Also remember how popular Fall Guys beta was on Twitch e.t.c? Thiis beta is literally dead.

i really like this game!! i think it’s a really good idea putting it out on xbox game pass because that’s how i got it. i don’t think it’s all bad making it cost money, but it would be a lot more famous and better if it was a bit cheaper. more players = less loading time. maybe even make it go on sale at least.

Woof, Steam playerbase at a steady decline. Current 24-hour peak at 160 players.

Wonder how long this one is going to last. Played a few games on PC Game Pass with cross-play on and they were 90% bots.
