Differences between Future Tone and Mix.

I own Future Tone on the ps4 and was wondering if these are separate games or is worth getting if I already on the one on the ps4.

It's pretty much the same. If you already have all of the DLC from the ps4 version, then you would have pretty much the same content (minus Kagamine HachiHachi Flower Fight in the dlc). If you only have the base game on ps4, then you'll have more value out of pc pricepoint wise (plus modding).
