Mega Mix not launching after playing once.

I purchased Mega Mix earlier this week with all the DLC. I played the game and launched it completely fine twice before it ultimately just stopped booting.

The game appears on my task bar, and is in my task manager when I try to launch it. Upon launching it flashes black, and then immediately closes. When I click to open it on my task bar my screen flashes black, plays a little bit of the opening music or the Sega opening sound, and then immediately closes again.

I have tried disabling steam cloud, deleting all my files in my user ID roaming folder, and have also uninstalled and reinstalled about 3 times now. I have even repaired the files. I've never downloaded mods or messed with ANY settings for the game other than switching the graphics to Future Tone.

Does anyone know what else I can try to fix this?
