Fix for AMD Graphical bug and Directx error

I stumbled across this on a reddit post about the directx error and it also seems to have fixed the weird graphical bug I was having with my 6900xt as well.

This fix doesn't require any registry editing. and only affects PD where removing DXNavi affects all games.
I figured i'd share since this issue is widespread but the fixes are not.

Go to this website (https://fdossena.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag). Under latest versions, click "show other downloads".

Download "Latest version for 64 bit apps (patched with staging)".

Unzip the ZIP File anywhere.

Copy the following files into your game directory: "d3d11.dll", "dxgi.dll", and "wined3d.dll".

ultimately it makes the game run in OpenGL instead of Directx. I haven't spotted any differences or problems yet, but some differences may exist.
Still better than having Miku's arm glued to the floor in every song.

It seems to be fixed on my RX6600. (AMD Driver is 23.3.2)

I'm surprised this post doesn't have more attention because this fixed the weird graphical bugs I was having with my 6800. Now if only Sega would fix the random stuttering I may finally be able to enjoy the game without any annoying issues lol

its completely fixed, wine3d is no longer required

im on a 6900xt and while it did work, this fix actually started crashing the game at launch on 23.7.1 i believe. luckily amd's 23.7.2 did fix the graphical glitches.
