On the news feed for the game in the steam library this was posted yesterday. Hope this helps!
"Hello Mega Mix+ players!

Patch 1.03 for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+ has just been released with the following improvements to gameplay!

Fixes to issues that cause the game to hang in certain situations.
A fix for an issue that occurred for Steam Deck players as well as resolving an issue where some buttons were incorrectly displayed.
A fix for an issue that created a discrepancy in total song count of songs passed in the high score rankings.

Please do use this thread to share any outstanding issues or unique bugs you might experience as this will help our QA team identify and research reported issues.

As always, we appreciate your feedback and we hope you’re enjoying the game!"

A few modders have been going through the files, the only things that have changes besides whats in the patch notes is the hidden debug menu seems to run faster and a couple files that dont really do anything of note have been added.

So the notes were on the news feed! I feel stupid now, thanks a bunch. Would be nice if more devs started showing them on the download page.

Don't feel stupid, many people don't seem to see the news feed for games so I don't think it is a you issue lol.

I totally agree, I love the fact that the patch notes can be easily seen on the download page! As you said though... Devs need to start using it more!

I love the fact that the first two issues still persist in this update, and the last one isn't even worth checking

What a worthless update

I was hoping they had removed denuvo. Way too optimistic unfortunately.

After the update the game won't boot up for me, I've tried everything and nothing works. So what, now I can't play a game I paid for?? Why is this happening??

Make sure you have mods uninstalled. 90% of the time the game won't start it turns out somebody forgot they had mods installed. Especially right after an update.

the recent patch fixed an issue I had, where controllers using Steam Input would display keyboard icons (not even the right keyboard icons) instead of the proper controller icons in the menu screens. I no longer have to guess how to navigate the menus when using my ps3 controller or steam controller.

It probably fixed other stuff, but that's the one I remember.
