You could just try it and then refund if it doesn't work
I don't think anything above 1028x768p is possible on the integrated graphics and you might still only get around 25-30 frames.
You can check youtube for some references with some benchmarks for your CPU or the UHD 600 (your GPU) in general.
In my opinion it will not be worth getting the game for PC if you already play it on anything more powerful than a PSP which you would also be easily able to get for the price of the game.
You can try what Jarp already said and try it out and return if it's not playable ony our hardware.
