Regular Game Mode

In the area where you start a new run I can only enter the Spatial Interstice and Unlmited Modes. Was the other mode removed?

As "Chaos Interstice" next to Madira.

Maybe you are in some kind of story cutscene phase and need to talk to Asura or something?

Also try checking "Chronicles of Adventure" too.

Just got my Chronicles of Adventure to level 20 and it's still not there... I don't know whats wrong.....

Yep, finishing that opened it up. Final run took me a few tries but I finally got through it!
