Unlocking the final door puzzles?

I beat the game, and 100% the map, and have the 2 hammer parts. The hammer didn't change the ending. Only room I can see is unfinished is the bottom of Valsanre Forest and I can only seem to unlock one of the 2 doors. There's a timed purple switch on the other side that doesn't seem to unlock anything accessible. Any advice?

Hello, I will answer with a spoiler and try to give you some hints.

For the bottom parts of Valsanre forest there are 2 doors indeed, but there are also two ways you can takes on the upper map

For the Hammer parts, having 2 parts of something doesn't mean you have that thing, there is 50% of chances you already been there and nothing happened, but in case you have no idea, LORE can help so check your logbook. In case you want the solution, ask and I will give it !
