UI icons/conversations mispositioned

I just loaded this game and all the icons and conversation boxes are mispositioned.

I'm at 1280x720 resolution but I'm playing on a widescreen of 3840x1600.

If I change to 1360x768, it corrects itself, but the game looks too pixellated then.
