What's the point of the acriculture biome?
What's the point of the agriculture biome? In my seed, if I scan the "planets" I get "Signal detected #X" - On the planets, there's a bunch of enemies strawing around and sometimes there's a glasshouse or two containing mushrooms and corals. Most times there's also a hitch or an airlock to dismantle. All in all it's way to beautiful to be this boring. Is there something planned along the way? Did I miss something?

You prefer everything to be a lifeless rock?

j/k but seriously, over time maybe we'll add some interiors. But even if not, the point is variety and interest. Most likely over time we'll be adding more NPCs.

I really love the biome. It's beautiful. And I'd love to have a lot of fun and quest on these little "planets".

But there's nothing of interest except of some pretty insignificant resources there right now.

The only thing that needs phosphorus right now is the enzyme, which is only needed to be sold at the stock market IIRC.

I spend 50,000 Credits and all my Titanium and Cobalt as well as a lot of other stuff to get the license. I'm a bit underwhelmed by the lack of new possibilities there. The industrial license was expensive as well - but then, there were underground mines and new resources and adventures and stuff.

Don't get me wrong. I love this game. And I love, how passionate and quick you're responding to player inputs. Don't let you be rushed. A simple: "Well, there's plenty more to come, we're in EA and this isn't the end" will fulfill my needs :)

Well... I thought it was about progression. I spend 20+ hours in the industrial sector

Thanks for your words. I think there will be more in store with tech both for the base and products, but it's not all there yet. I'm keen to add more cool proc gen interiors if possible in general and do have some ideas for farm biome. Safe to say there will be progress on this over time. Do stay tuned, appreciate your support both!

add a sprinkler to auto water crops but you can only get the blueprint in the agro sectors.

I found the biome to pretty pretty decent for gathering some additional resource types to continue progressing through the higher level blueprints.

Like the other areas it can suffer from poor RNG (really small planetoids), but my second agriculture sector had some nice sized ones with a lot of greenhouse-like structures which yielded significantly more salvageable items.

Would be pretty cool if there were POIs included that had small farms with the edible crops (i.e. corn, tomatoes, pumpkins).
