Light seems to bhop at up to 480u/s.
Medium can bhop up to 430u/s but lower in practice when bhopping to reach somewhere.
Heavy can't sustain more than 380u/s.
The only way i can think of to go faster in meatspace is to use downward slopes, explosions, weapon knockback, leg booster or something in the map pushing you super fast.
If you need help bhopping there are videos online explaining it but essentially you perform repetitive air strafes in alternate directions, to air strafe you hold the left/right sidestep key and look left/right smoothly while airborne, before landing press space to buffer jump as soon as you land.(the game does it for you)
Other than that, all the guns must immediatelly reworked the way they were before the ugly 1.5.4 update.
