Yes they do! :D There is still a small but somewhat inconsistent playerbase. There are frequently announcements of games from the Dystopia PUGs group here: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/dyspugs

It seems that there are often more players towards the weekends. I honestly have not played so much recently, personally, so I am not sure of what regular times people seem to be playing now. Sometimes there also just seems to just be major lulls, where very few people play.
