server with bots

Hi! I was thinking about the possibility of creating a server with bots.

I don't plan on keeping it open 24 hours like some people do, but I wanted to know if it's possible.

I see some servers for other source games full of bots and others with literally nothing at all.

I don't know anything about source, but it would be cool for new players and old guards to just spend time with bots.
