For real. Games need to do PvE better instead of just putting in PvP as if that suddenly fixes a game. If people come back it's because they like the game, mods help a ton too.

Generally in game design you presume that there's 4 groups of people. 2 of which prefer to play with people, and 2 of which prefer the game world. More than that, 2 of the groups prefer to act upon the world or other players, and 2 prefer to interact with the world or other players. These 4 groups being known as: Killers, Achievers, Socializers, and Explorers. PvP only really speaks to the first group while outright repelling the last two. A game should know which group or groups it is primarily trying to entertain.

just as long as persons don't have to do 3rd party downloading from websites and or tools but can do a internal game download its self then i think the mod idea could work better

Well, someone is. So stop asking to ruin it just like adding a PvE only mode would apparently ruin PvPvE games.

Because pvp encourages the people who just flat out suck at pvp to cheat, they do so and then decide to use their cheats in the pve mode and ruin that for everyone as well, that's why.

Watch a gameplay video. The game structure is best for 4 player co-op, not PvP.
