Plans to merge android progress with steam?

Despite being an android game, and the click and build genre, which is the most cliché there is for mobile games. This game still has a unique aura, showing the spaceship battles, and giving more freedom that these games usually don't give. And for the poll they did, citing even EVE online and other spaceship games in the inspiration options to improve the game. It showed that the developers are inspired and didn't just make a game.
I wanted to know if you have plans to link the two accounts, because I think it's very important to be able to play on the same account on different platforms

im in the same position now, im really far on mobile and have even gone as far as spending money on it (no real value of chu coins) and want to move over to PC now, ik you can use an emulator but i dont feel 100% comfortable with that, when can we see the ability to merge accounts

Ditto; I started the game on mobile (Android) and want to run this via my desktop as well as via mobile for ease of access. It's a bit frustrating that there's not sign-in option on the main menu, so I've had to create a dummy account on a server which occupies space for other players.

you guys have to download the non steam version from the infinite lagrange site, it lets you log in with the mobile account, i just dont know why they didnt use that version on steam tho. as long as your mobile accounts are linked to google, facebook or twitter.

Apparently they have no plans on making it possible to merge accounts, so i might do the same i guess..

I have problem with the PC client so I installed here to try and login to google account but it doesnt ask my login it just logs me in to new game???

How do I get my google account working on steam version?

I find it very odd that the steam version doesn't have any cross-save. The Infinite Lagrange client from the official website does support cross-save. I don't know why the Steam version isn't the same, which is very odd. Since the client outside Steam does support it.
