How do I turn off the launcher and menu the background music?

The music volume in the "System settings menu" doesn't change anything. I changed it to low and off. The music is so loud that I can't hear the game. I only want to hear the game sound effects and music. I will try a reinstall.

At the main menu, I opened the Left Shift menu, went to System Settings, and it was the very top bar for me. I just turned it all the way down, and it worked. Let me know if you need more than that.
