"Hi,
Thank you for contacting Capcom EU Technical Support.
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble launching the game.
Please send us the following files from your PC (no personal information will be recorded - just details of your software/hardware environment and Windows Errors if any are recorded):
DXDIAG:
1. Click the Windows Key and 'R' on your keyboard at the same time. Type in DXDIAG, then click the OK button.
2. When asked where to save the file, click on the drop-down box next to Save in and select Desktop.
3. In the File Name box towards the bottom, the name DxDiag.txt should appear. Leave this as-is and click on the OK button.
4. Click the Exit button to exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
5. On the Desktop, there should be a file name DxDiag or DxDiag.txt. If there is no file with this name, please repeat the steps above and make sure to save the file to the Desktop.
MSINFO:
1. Click the Windows Key and 'R' on your keyboard at the same time. Type msinfo32 and run.
2. Once system information has loaded click on File > Save and save the file onto your desktop and name it as your ticket number
3. Attach these files to your reply email.

lol I was having this same issue after I started up the game for the first time tonight and this fixed it. Weird and thank you. Tried just about everything except that lol.
What it doesn't do is bring back any of my Caspo points, total time played etc so all achievement progress has been completely reset. Quite annoying, I think I'll no longer allow cloud data for this game and manually back up my saves each session instead in hopes I can recover it if it happens again.
