can't launch the game, get d3d12 error

Whenever I try to launch the game I get this error "CapcomArcade2ndStadium.exeD3D12CreateDeviceFailed Please restart your computer" I restarted the computer but it obviously didn't fix it. I'm using an old dinosaur laptop from 2010 so I get that it wont have DX12 support or maybe even DX11, but is there any way I could boot it using an older DX version; any target command I could add to it?

Are you using the latest GPU drivers from NVIDIA?

Also, your laptop contains both integrated graphics and GeForce, are you sure you are running the game via GeForce? Right-click on desktop, Display settings, Graphics settings (at the bottom), Browse for both Steam.exe and Capcom's EXE and select NVIDIA GPU for both of them.
