Capcom Stadium 2 will not start

The black starting window comes up for about 20 seconds and then it just crashes.

My machine is more than capable of running this like stadium 1. I have verified the files twice now saying it has verified 449 files (i think that's the terminology?)

Is anyone else getting this? Can anyone help please?

It turns out that another display device was causing it not to work! So I disabled it and it now works. See what other devices you might have apart from your dedicated main gpu that you can disable to make it work. DO NOT disable your main gpu as your screen can go black I think.
