Jean Roxas has Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium

It crashes immediately after starting the game.

When I start this software, it crashes after a black window appears for a few seconds.
Does anyone know a workaround?

SPEC.
CPU: i9-9900K
GPU: Radeon RX 6600 XT & Radeon Vega 56 (Driver Ver.22.6.1)
MEM: 64GB
OS: Windows 11

I will also investigate what is the cause and whether it works on a PC with a different configuration in the meantime.

I tested it in two PC environments and it worked fine.
(Windows 11 cannot be installed because of the old system)

Desktop PC
Core i7-4930K
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Radeon RX 480 x 2

Laptop
Core i7-3740QM
Windows 10 Home 64bit
Intel HD Graphics 4000 & GeForce GTX 670MX

Is this a problem with the OS Windows 11?

What I'm using is:

Laptop
Intel Core i7-9750H
Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22000 Build 22000 64Bit
Intel UHD Graphics 630 & Geforce RTX 2060

I haven't tried going back to previous windows builds, but that could be the case.

I contacted Capcom support for this problem.
If Capcom contacts me or I find a workaround, I'll write it here again.
Please let me know if you know anything. =)

The first one works fine on the Steam Deck but 2nd one crashes immediately after starting. I'm not sure why they felt the need to change things.

I have the same issue with this and the first one and I’m on Windows 11 (latest update), I have a TUF 3080 and i9-9900 CPU

According to Capcom, Windows 11 is out of scope.
Also, self-made PCs are not subject to operation.
However, it seems that the investigation will continue with the contact that I want you to send DxDiag.txt.
I would like to wait for an answer for a while.
