this sucks, the switch version isn't live yet so i hoped to play some puzzle fighter on deck. GE doesn't help either.
The first collection works fine.
Please fix, Capcpom.
2nd Stadium is not Deck Verified, so I didn't expect it to work upon release. First Stadium was previously "Unverified", but that was updated to "Not Compatible" a week or two ago. First game continues to run successfully on the Deck though.
I know they just did some feature parity stuff between first and 2nd Stadium. Here's to hoping that the first game, despite it now being designated as "Not Compatible", doesn't stop working suddenly due to those updates or otherwise.
Thanks for this :-)
I retried with Proton Experimental and the UI successfully launches. The two games I currently have (SonSon and Three Wonders) also run without issue.
One minor problem is in the attract mode on the cabinets before you select a game to play. Their stability is a bit iffy to say the least. Most of the time they'll run fine, but they'll occasionally glitch out to color bars; think when an old school television network would cease programming for a period of time. Problem is exacerbated by navigating through the cabinets via the UI... ones that work will stop working and vice-versa. Sometimes the video feed for the attract mode will eventually return and display correctly. Other times it remains colored bars until you pick a game and quit back out to the UI.
