I bought Fighting Collection but not the other one. I already owned 30th Anniversary though so maybe that's what did it?

Same here, bought only the Fighting Collection and the DLC for the 1st Arcade Stadium and this one somehow appeared in my library. Not that I'm complaining, just wondering why.

It's literally a pre-order bonus for the Fighting Collection. You can still get the pre-order bonus for the next few months or so even though the Fighting Collection is already out.

The pre-order bonus is the game "Three Wonders" in Capcom Arcade Stadium 2.
