techinally the game working as intended but it feels wrong.
Random confuse actions should be affected by lock on.
And the Remove Random Deal purify removes from Random Purify and Random Corrupt. So why not Random Confuse.
Like im asking why the Random Tag works weirldy with confuse and the only thing i can think of is a progaming oversight. If this is an intentioanl feature then fine but i feel like random confuse actions should be affected by things that affect random Purify/Corrupt actions
Not a bug, it is intended, but Random Confuse could be added to the list of actions affected by Electrostatic Field (and maybe Aerial Needle and Clarity Whirlwind).
All characters will have a post release balancing pass (each oracle having different amount of mechanics to be improved or reworked) and I will bring this to be discussed by the testers and internally.
