Empower sentinel (Minimum 2 Empower needed) > hurt yourself to proc the corrupt 3 virtue > heal yourself to full > corrupt 3 virtue on yourself > use the sentinel's dice and rearm the dice > now you healed yourself to full, repeat from step 2 !
Ironically, the first one turn kill I got was in Anomaly level 8 with Austra - I got a really focused Meteor rain build so I kept drawing dice and finshed the boss with Apian Skyfall, dealing about 260 damage
!) The black hole blessing that gives infinite boost to sentinels,
2) A dice with either sentinel uprising (rearm all sentinels) or an epic rearm dice that has faces that rearm and roll a new dice. The more of them the better.
3) The sentinel with copycat sides (to copy your best rearm dice) & the sentinel with precision that can change a die face to your choice. Max level on both or as close to it as possible.
You can use that setup to essentially infinite as your copycat sentinel gets two copies of the rearm and can rearm both your sentinels over and over, throwing any "badly rolled" purity sides they get at the enemy. The Precision sentinel can fix any unlucky rolls from your copycat, and your own dice. The copycat rearm kept rolling each sentinel over and over, while I occasionally drew dice from the copycat. I used charged shield from the draws I got to sometimes do big bursts of damage to speed up the infinite, but it wasn't necessary to win in one turn.
Screenshot below for reference of the one-turn kill in question (Spoilered for final boss, in case that's relevant).

Oh, this is really good. I'll be honest, I thought Hevelius would be the last guy to pick for this achievement, haha. This build looks pretty fun too, I should give it a try
Sounds cool as well!
I had the star blessing that causes you to heal by 5 any time you deal corruption to an enemy,
And I had the star blessing like brass knuckles that causes an enemy to hit you back for Corrupt 1 three times any time you corrupt them.
Aaaaaand I had Vorpal Plate.
As long as you don't fear the enemy's overcorrupt ability (like if it's a self-buff), you get an infinite loop: Use your Corrupt 3 on an enemy, they hit you 3 times, damaging themselves on Vorpal Plate, and reunlocking the virtue; use the virtue again; heal by 3 thanks to the star blessing, and the whole thing repeats.
Absolutely wiped the floor with the whole run when I got that combo.
Damn, that's a really cool build. I really underestimated Hevelius!
Also, got an achievement a few days ago (and the rest of them too) with Nixmachine's build, it was quite a funny strat!
