Cannot play with my friends!!!

We try to join each others room but can not find one another! tried changing reagion and that does nothing! Please help!

Yes we have restarted our games and steams!

the issue persists. my son just bought himself, me, and his mother the game. major sadness when we couldn't bbq as a family... 1 month and 8 days is quite a time for such a large issue to go un fixed...

Hello, the game assigns players to the lowest ping server for a smooth gaming experience. Please make sure you and your friend select the same region to see each other's servers. To choose a server, go to the multiplayer option in the main menu, and you'll find a Region selection bar at the bottom right of your screen. Please ensure that both of you are in the same region. Additionally, our game is currently undergoing an update. It will be completed soon, and you'll be able to update and play the game on Steam. We will announce the necessary information on our social media and Discord server. Stay tuned to stay informed about all the updates.

Having same issue and have restarted PC restarted game Verified game files made sure i am in right region and nothing

Hello, the problem should be solved with the incoming update. Can you try to select a common region and connect again? In addition, can you check your internet? You may have received an internet-related error in between. If the problem is not solved, can you send us a video via Discord or directly from here?
