Achievements broke
There are 5 achievements cannot be solved.

Update: 1 fixed, 4 remain broke.

Hey I can't finish the first lvl. I beat all of the enemies and then press LT + Y to go to next screen but there is nothing to do in the next screen no exit or prompt.

You need to interact with something on the wall to enter couple of rooms.
