I can't complete the quest "Fancy beer"

I don't understand what needs to be added to complete it. Any beer gets a maximum of 3 stars

use the normal first recipe you unlocked the american pale ale, then after you have put it into bucket add strawberry and vanilla, 20g of each then it should work.

I use the normal 10-20 l where you fill pot with 11l water normaly 11.06 just a tad bit above 11 l is fine since it cant hit 11l.

If you make small batch 5.3l water then its ½ the amount of each, it was the recipe which worked for me.

I also think I got higher rating when I used the 11l recipe if you notice carefully the 11l reipe has a bitterness index of 30 im pretty sure the other one doesnt, pretty sure they got numbers wrong on small one.

I think it's a bug. I started to pass company again and I get only first beer for 5 stars, the rest is a maximum of 3

Fancy beer
Brew American Pale Ale from the recipe, and after you have transferred the mixture to the fermentation bucket, add 10g of cocoa powder, coffee and vanilla (or something else, experiments are welcome) to the bucket and start fermenting the beer
