I'M STUCK ON A QUEST FROM THE MAYOR

Okay so the mayor gives me some vague request to make beer for some construction workers and the only hint I get is that they like donuts. So....make it sweet?

Here's the problem, I haven't unlocked any sweet ingredients. When I try to make a beer type that I think is sweet (strawberry or tropical) the beer always comes out at one star quality yet the requirement is 3 star quality. The game gives no other hints or tips on what I'm supposed to do and I'm just stuck now. Does anyone know what exactly I'm supposed to do since the game couldn't tell me properly? Any help would be appreciated.

thanks for the answer, i looked through all the ingredients looking for sweet, i saw strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, and other things, chocolate and vanilla i was on 50/50 with cause of the sweet part, but cant risk mistakes due to money early on XD. I will try vanilla! thanks!

Hi! :) What you can do here is brew American Pale Ale from the recipe, and after you have transferred the mixture to the fermentation bucket, you simply add 10g of strawberry to the bucket and start fermenting the beer.

Given that you have to provide a 9 L beer keg for the quest, you will have to use the recipe with the batch size 10 - 20 L. That means that you will have to add 11 L of water to the pot ^^

i have another issue with the mayor quest where he wants a citrus beer. i brewed an APA, pured 10g of citrus flavor in the fermantation bucket as well and i got a 5 star beer.
but i think the post box is broken. its not delivering this beer. the next day its still in there...

Hi, just to make sure, did you put the keg into the space where you pick up delivered items from the shop? If so, that's not the right place ;) If that's the case you simply have to move the beer to the space on the left side of the delivery box. Then, you will have to wait another day, and the beer should be delivered.

I'm doing this one, but now everytime i try to progress while the brew is fermenting, the game stops letting me interact with anything. I cant even clean glasses, serve anyone or clean. The cursor just freezes in idle nomatter what i try to interact with. Anyone experienced this, and have found a fix, or must I just try to restart the campaign and see if i get lucky for it to not happen again? Reloading on previous days saves does not fix the issue
