Can I play this offline with bots?

Like in Counter strike?
Cause in one of the other Source mods: No More Room In Hell - you couldn't. The only bots that appeared there were the zombies and you can't play side by side with them. How is it in this game?

I'd love to try it out. But it says in the Store Page that I need to own Half-Life 2 in order to play it. This was not the case for No More Room In Hell

[late but sue me..] You really just need the source engine. I don't own either Half-Life and can play it just fine.

There are bots.... It's called the "DEVELOPER CONSOLE". I just need to know how to work them, I'm figuring that out myself.

yes the game have bots ,but the AI no know what do :( (no shot,no help...) ,I hope see this game again like in 2011 with all severs & players
